Running, hiding or defending.
Except this time you don’t run.
You stay. You see. You feel. You witness.
Allow the shame to be here in its re-awakening power, and conscious awareness.
Rewrite the story of your life into worthiness.
Open your eyes more to the darkness of all that hasn’t been true about you.
IN YOUR WOUNDEDNESS YOU FIND HOLINESS
IN YOUR WOUNDEDNESS YOU FIND WHOLENESS
In the curse, you see and sing the verse of your Soul's healing song for liberation for all beings.
You remember what you have always deserved, and you have always been worthy of: YOU.
To be loved & cherished by YOU.
You become the healing conduit to bring through the sacred medicine for shame for others.
You become the hope and the light to guide the darkness in her transmission of healing.
Take a moment to bow to the endless love of Divine Pacha Mama and Holy Father Sky.
As you are witnessed, remember who you have always been.
